Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the martial arts with the biggest increase in interest around the world. People start practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for many different reasons, self defense, fitness, recreation, competition or even fight professionaly in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). But when it comes to learning this martial art the key points to excel will be the same ones, the intensity and purpose of training might vary but for those people who did excel in this martial art the principles will be the same.
